Java mempunyai beberapa fase dalam pemogramannya, ada lima fase yang harus di lewati untuk membuat program dari java.

  1. Editor ialah aplikasi untuk penulisan kode-kode java
  2. File Hello.java ialah contoh nama file java, menggunakan extensi .java sebagai tanda file ini berisi kode-kode java
  3. Java Compiler yang bertugas untuk mencopile kode-kode java menjadi bahasa yang di mengerti oleh mesih komputer kita
  4. Hello.class file yang terbentuk setelah proses compile selesai di lakukan, file ini lah yang nantinya akan dijalankan dan dapat di mengerti oleh mesin
  5. Java Interpreter ini dia yang menterjemahkan bahasa java ke bahasa mesin
